Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Day 2: so today i have done pretty good, i walked to our river and played in the water for a little bit, and i have only eaten a banana that doesn't sound like much but i wake up kinda early i am also drink lots of water, and i am going to do laundry and clean some public restrooms which takes a lot of work, also i am trying to think of something healthy to eat for lunch, any ideas would be great

Don't skip breakfast. Eating breakfast helps jump start your metabolism so that you start burning calories from the beginning of the day. Skipping breakfast makes your body hold on to the calories much more and so you metabollize fewer calories. That's what i've learned at least :) For lunch, a salad, some fish, lean chicken, a healthy sandwich, etc,. There's tons of ideas out there. Pick something you like that is made with healthy ingredients. Good Luck!
