Ht. 5'5", Start: 265 lb, Today: 262 lb, Goal: 200 lb - Day 2: so today i have done pretty good, i walked to our river and played in the water for a little bit, and i have only eaten a banana that doesn't sound like much but i wake up kinda early i am also drink lots of water, and i am going to do laundry and clean some public restrooms which takes a lot of work, also i am trying to think of something healthy to eat for lunch, any ideas would be great
