Ht. 5'7", Start: 319 lb, Today: 319 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Helllo c:
So I've been overwieght alllll my life and i'm finally gonna do something about it. I've tried before but given up after a week or so. DX
I'm not eating too bad, I ate around 450 cals today and 500 yesterday. But i'm not very good at exercising, I don't even walk to school, my parents drive me. :C But I did 30 mins of jump rope today which calculates as losing 700 cals. Which is ok I guess. Any tips? ♥♥

500 calories? Anything below 1000 calories is starving yourself. You're probably starving yourself of valuable vitamins and nutrients. Go to mypyramid.gov then find the My Pyramid Menu Planner and enter the asked information. They'll ask your age, height, weight, gender and amount of physical activity you do each day. They'll tell you how many calories is your limit.

Thankyou! C: Yeah my friend told me to eat a bit more too otherwize it will be really easy to put weight on, so I ate around 900 today. I can't walk to school because its waay to far and my parents dont like me using the bus because they're weird. But my mum goes food shopping every day so im gonna go with her. SHe goes for about an hour. ALSO.... I LOST 14 lbs!?! I don't know how, thats a bit much, but still! Yay!

great job on losing 700 calories but maybe eat 1000-1200 calories a day. 450-500 is too low. and walk to school or walk back home. :) good luck!
