Ht. 5'7", Start: 319 lb, Today: 319 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Helllo c: So I've been overwieght alllll my life and i'm finally gonna do something about it. I've tried before but given up after a week or so. DX I'm not eating too bad, I ate around 450 cals today and 500 yesterday. But i'm not very good at exercising, I don't even walk to school, my parents drive me. :C But I did 30 mins of jump rope today which calculates as losing 700 cals. Which is ok I guess. Any tips? ♥♥
