Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb (BMI: 40), Goal: 150 lb - I have been reading SO many good things about Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred. I tried this about a month ago and could only get through like 5mins of it but I think I'm going to start it on Wedsenday and push myself through it. Is anyone interested in doing this with me? I think you do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. You can find the workout for free On Demand, I've also read that it is on (not sure though) Let me know!! It's a 20minute workout by the way!

I'm already doing it but I would LOVE to have someone to share experiences with. Also, since you're starting, I would like to share this with you: level 1 is WAY heavier on cardio than level 2. I think this is because you'll lose weight faster in the beginning so people will stick with the program. Anyway, just stick with it! Well, you already run, don't you? So, the cardio may not bother you as much as it does me. Also something to share, my mom started it yesterday! I'm so excited that she, as she says, is getting "on the bandwagon." lol. Good luck!
