Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 218 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I have been reading SO many good things about Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred. I tried this about a month ago and could only get through like 5mins of it but I think I'm going to start it on Wedsenday and push myself through it. Is anyone interested in doing this with me? I think you do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days, and level 3 for 10 days. You can find the workout for free On Demand, I've also read that it is on youtube.com (not sure though) Let me know!! It's a 20minute workout by the way!
