Ht. 5'10", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 160 lb - I'm afraid to weigh myself! I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks, because I'm scared to death I'll be over 200. It's my worst fear. I have a really bad belly problem. It's a potbelly. Every day I have to base what I wear on how my stomach will look in certain outfits. And when I sit down, it billows out, a huge roll of stomach fat. I need ab exercises! I know you know them lol please help me and share them with me! And don't say situps and crunches or whatever cuz they DON'T work.

First of all relax. Its only nubers. So what if you weight 200 lbs?You probably even dont.Weight yourself. Its not a big deal. Now about the belly. The truth is,stomach exercises only make the muscels stronger, but they dont reduce the stomach fat.You need to lose overall body fat by combining diet and excersise.Best wishes =)

sit down on the floor w/ your knees pointing up. Bring your feet off the ground (in the same "knee up" position). At the same time, bend backwards just a wee bit so you're at an incline. Now, push your arms to the left like you are rowing a boat. Do the same on the right; keep your feet up! This will work out your stomach really well! I hope you could understand the instructions. Oh, and I know how it feels to have a big problem as well. *_*
