Ht. 5'10", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I'm afraid to weigh myself! I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks, because I'm scared to death I'll be over 200. It's my worst fear. I have a really bad belly problem. It's a potbelly. Every day I have to base what I wear on how my stomach will look in certain outfits. And when I sit down, it billows out, a huge roll of stomach fat. I need ab exercises! I know you know them lol please help me and share them with me! And don't say situps and crunches or whatever cuz they DON'T work.
