Ht. 5'1", Start: 420 lb, Today: 420 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 105 lb - Hi, my name is Dean and i am a tad heavy. I started out in 3rd grade weighin about 240 and change. I mean that wasnt bad, i'd say about 15 pounds overwieght then. Then once my best friend told me to back off the cakes and cookies, i lost it. I broke his nose and told his mother, then she said the same thing. After that I went on a eating frennzyy. I have to say i gained about 45 pounds in a range of the season of fall. I felt great, but I know that I was just digging myself deeper in the hole of obesity :(... This cycle repeated until around 6th grade (middle school). It was this time when i found the love of my life, Zoey from the hit TV show Zoey 101. I wrote her letters everyday, telling her that I was 6'1'' and 150lbs. I was at this point, living in a fantasy world. Then my mother told me that I would never have a chance with her, so I decided to become anerexic. I tried for 2 days, but it was twinki tourture. So the next day I went to an all you could eat buffet, just outside of the town I was living in. I ate so much I had to get my stomach pumped. Until this day, I have been doing this, and became a regular at the buffet. I love food, but need help. Any Advice? :/

Sad story...and maybe you shouldn't stalk Zoey. K, so you need to start exercising. Start walking on the tredmile or around your neighborhood for a half hour, just walk, there's no need to run, you won't survive. And you need to eat healthier. Eat protein, vitamins, minerals and such, but don't over eat! Yeah, it's nice to treat yourself to a snack but let it be a healthy snack. I've found that I eat fruit, like I used to eat candy. I just love fruit now, I eat it all the time, and I don't eat any more candy.
Cut out soda, candy, TWINKIES, and anything fried. Just don't eat stuff you know is bad for you. Eat healthy and exercise and you'll be fine.

Hi Dean. If you really want help, maybe you will listen to someone who has struggled with weight all of his life. That's right, i mean me.From kindergarten and on, i was always very overweight for my age.In many cases,i was the fattest kid in my class. By the age of 13, i was weighing a whopping 345 pounds. I was so miserable, that i attempted suicide twice in that year. Now at the age of 15,i am 5'8 and 170 pounds. You got it, that means i have lost 175 pounds in 2 years. The way i did it was really the only safe and effective way. You're going to have to try and find other things to distract you when u have the urge to stuff yourself. You need to exercise as much as you can at your current weight, and keep exercising more as you lose weight.Of course you will need to start eating better. Smaller meals, fewer snacks.Don't tell me how impossible it sounds, because i KNOW.Limit yourself to your favourite junk foods, but dont try to eliminate them from your life as you will only fail any weight loss attempts. For the FIRST time in my life, im no longer the fat kid.And you can do it to, it's just gonna take some super determination. You have to want it enuff to control how much goes in your mouth. You have to want it enuff to make urself exercise constantly everyday.I can tell you that dieting and exercise, also eating in a more healthy manner...less junk food..is the only way u will safely lose the weight. You will also keep it off, as in the weight loss process your lifestyle will change as well, making it easier to keep the weight off.Unless you want to try liposuction, or some maybe unsafe surgery like a stomach stapling, or a gastric bypass procedure..unless u really wannt try "going anorexic" which becomes a dangerous physical and mental health illness which can really make u ill....then dieting and exercise are the way to go.Doctors say it's healthy to lose anywhere from 3 to 5 pounds a week. So yes it's possible to lose the weight. And the blubber when u start losing weight will come off pretty fast.I guess this is long enuff, and i hope you take what i have top say seriously. If a once enourmous food addict like me can do it, you can too.
