Ht. 5'10", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - I am fat. I'm a size 14, and i want to be a size 10 or so. I'm tall, so anything too thin would be.. well.. too thin. I'm stretched out, I guess. I need tips on what to eat, and the best things I can do for excersize an weight loss. PLEASE help me, I'm begging you. I'm thinking about cutting out bread. My dad is diabetic and he was told to cut out bread and eat only meats and veggies, and he's lost 17 pounds so far in a month. I'm so proud of him. If my 60 year old dad can do it, then so can I. If anyone has any valuable information to give me, please help me. I would SO appreciate it. THanks so much in advance!

your still young, as I am. And I recommend much exercise, try squats three times a day, join a sport or two. And also stay away from junk food, treat yourself to it once a week, like a bag of chips or something. And just be active, eat three times a day. The basics
