Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - OK, today was very hard. For breakfast i had an green apple, and a vanilla slim-fast. That was good. Lunch my mom took me and my sisters to applebee's. Its like a burger-joint with everything else. That was hard. I got a burger, cut it in half, saved the rest for later. Then i ate the other half of burger, with all my fries, and a salad. So that was alot healtier than usual. But dinner was HARD. My mom had friends over, and so they made buffalo wings, taquitos, burritos, mozarella sticks, queso, chips, Etc. I got some of everything, but ended us eating more than planned. So now i feel like i threw off my whole diet. So tomorrow im gunna exercise twice. In the morning and at night. But yeah so today was a hard day. But any tips plz msg me. Thx

Jocelyn, I don't know where you got your information about the Biggest Loser, but that is absolutely 100% untrue. I met Jillian Michaels when she came to Central Park in May for Workout in the Park, and she gave me her email address and I talk to her around once a month, and that's not true.

dont stress about it too much, if you just stick to your diet and exercise routine tomorrow you should be just fine. It is actually good to eat fat once in a while because it gives your metabolism a kick. For example, on the Biggest Loser, right after the contestants weigh in, they eat a plate of something high fat such as mozza sticks. The trainers make them do it!
