Ht. 5'2", Start: 182 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 130 lb - im having one of those "i wish i could just wake up tomorrow and be skinny" days. why cant losing weight be easy? when i first came to college i lost a lot of weight really fast. im not sure how much..but my clothes were fitting really loose. the combination of being stressed and homesick along with not wanting to eat the gross cafeteria food made the weight come off very quick. ive definitely gained some back, and im about 7 lbs less than i was at the beginning of school. its just so difficult to find a healthy diet in a college cafeteria. ive been trying to do exercise in my room during my break in the mornings, because im taking an extra 3 hour class once a week and have on site work for teaching so i dont have much free time when you factor in homework. does anyone have any ideas of what i can do? i really want to lose weight..thanks :)

ah yea college. I dropped 10 lbs the first 2 weeks here...homesickness, a weak stomach to w/e the hell it is they feed us here...and yea classes are ridiculous with hmwk and stuff...but here's the thing the gym is free. Just go 2/3 times a week...i mean yea u have a lot of work but out of those 24 hours take away 7 for sleep and then another lets say since i doubt u have straight classes every day ummm 11 for w/e else u have...that leaves u about 6 hours...which u only need 1/2 hr of 3 times a week to feel fit and slowly once u can manage ur time better u can increase to 1 hour 3 times a week or 1/2 hour 5 times a week...try doing weights on odd days since that helps u slm down quicker...good luck to u
