Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is what I do. I have for breakfast cereal and milk. For snack a 90 cal bar. For lunch a ham sandwhich with nothing on it, water, 100 cal pak,100 cal pak. For supper whatever my grandma fixes and I usual try to eat just one serving of something sometimes 2. For exercise this was yesterday's 30 min basketball,20min walk,30 min other stuff,26 min soccer. What am I doing wrong. And today when
I weighed my self it said 172,171,169,171 what should I use. I was gonna use the 169 because their is no way I can gain 2 pounds in a day or one pound in a day. This is my beging week today from now on. PLease tell me what I'm doing wrong

try more cardio mayb? or have fruit instead of 100 cal packs?

well it depends on on what ur grandma cooks but it sounds like u've been doing really good. You do have to keep in mind that when u do sports u build muscle and it weighs more than fat so u may have gained mayb 1 pound os muscle but ur doing really good keep it up.
