Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is what I do. I have for breakfast cereal and milk. For snack a 90 cal bar. For lunch a ham sandwhich with nothing on it, water, 100 cal pak,100 cal pak. For supper whatever my grandma fixes and I usual try to eat just one serving of something sometimes 2. For exercise this was yesterday's 30 min basketball,20min walk,30 min other stuff,26 min soccer. What am I doing wrong. And today when I weighed my self it said 172,171,169,171 what should I use. I was gonna use the 169 because their is no way I can gain 2 pounds in a day or one pound in a day. This is my beging week today from now on. PLease tell me what I'm doing wrong
