Ht. 5'6", Start: 180 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Okay so I want to loose as much fat fat in about 2 weeks as possible. I need someone to tell me what excersice is the most beneficial. I know it takes time to loose weight blah blah blah haha, I know that. And I know how to eat healty, I just need to know what excersice will help me the most. Thanks.

swimming is really beneficial because you burn a ton of calories with cardio, but also get strenght training, running is also bvery good because you burn a ton of calories

Emily as u already know CARDIO is the most effective way to lose FAT all over your body i mean i lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks by doing elliptical machines making sure my heart rate was in the fat burning zone and as well as cardio zone (heart rate zone FAT BURNING ZONE-above 130 and CARDIO around 160)GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
