Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130?? G:120 - Ok I just wnet on a 35 minute fast paced walk but I'm not sure how far it was. I also did a 30 minute cardio/strenght thing while watching fit TV this morning. Then I did the normal pushups, dips, squats, lunges, crunches, ect. for about 30-45 minutes a little at a time. I also have added weight training with the squats and to tone up my arms. For eating I had BREAKFAST: a smoothie made with 1 cup low fat yogurt, a banana, and ice. SNACK:handful of grapes LUNCH: cheese Casidilla~ Made with 1 slice kraft cheese, a few tablespoons salsa, and 1/3 slice of lean lunch meat ham. SNACK:1 large apple and a few grapes SNACK: a banana and a handful of grapes DINNER:1/2 alvocado, 2 tamato slices, 1/2 of a hamburger patty, and a baked potato with bbq sauce. I feel I did really good and I plan on posting my day on here ever night from now on. I think it will help me see what I ate and also get advice...so how did I do today??

Yay!! we agree I'm doing good!! I also did 20 more minutes of weight training last night... I'm a little sore but it's worth it. I'm looking to be toned so it's going to take pain...

You did really good :] Doctors/nutritionists say that when you have a journal or an online journal, and you write down what you did for each day, you are most likely to lose weight. and getting advice from other teens going through the same thing really boosts your confidence knowing your not the only one. I could ramble all day. You did really good.
