Ht. 5'5, Wt. 147lbs - I've been struggling with my weight for 3 and a half years now. I hate being fat. Since I got fat I'm not as popular because I just don't have confidence in my body. Last year I lost 10lbs, I used to be 160. But I just can't seem to lose any weight since then. It makes me so sad when I think about it that I just eat and eat and ruin all the hard work I've done through the week. I have a bad knee now so I stopped exercising and I've become so lazy. I hate being fat more than anything. Please help me, not only with diet and exercise but please help put me in the right mind set.

You aren't necessarily "fat." Just eat 1200 calories, balanced portions of all food groups, no high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated anything, or trans fats, and limited saturated fats. Also increase your exercise. Good luck!
