Ht. 4'2", Start: 104 lb, Today: 100 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 90 lb - A lot of people say they need a diet. here's mine.
Bkfst- a peach smoothie (2 peaches & 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt Plus one tofu thingy. Plus 2 cups green tea. Total cal-210
Snack- 1 granola bar, 1 carrot, 1 cup green tea. 200 cal
Lunch- tomato and cream cheese on whole wheat bread. 230 calories.
Snack- frozen grapes (about fifteen.) 1 granola bar. about 210 calories.
dinner- salad and fruit. about 250 cal (if no dressing.)
also, i walk 3.5 miles a day, do 100 crunches, & usually swim at least 10 laps. sometimes i do pilates.

hi nikkita...if u dont like tomato, and/or cream cheese, its ok! just substitute something else that added to the calories of the bread comes between 200 and 250. (As I said, I'm vegetarian, but you could use chicken or something.) You could use cheese and mustard, chicken and whatever, or whatever youc an think of.

Okay, first, what site are you on? Blubber Busters. It's about being overweight, and most of us are trying to lose weight. There are 2 things you can do to lose weight. Exercise, and diet.
Plus, hippy? Yes, I am hippy...Sadly. My hips are too big to wear a bikini. But hippie, I am not.
So, if you don't feel like saying anything that anyone is going to want to read, please don't waste time and energy putting it up.

Oh, by the way, I'm vegetarian, so you can substitute meat for some of the stuff I have...just make sure the calories work.
