Ht. 4'2", Start: 104 lb, Today: 100 lb, Goal: 90 lb - A lot of people say they need a diet. here's mine. Bkfst- a peach smoothie (2 peaches & 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt Plus one tofu thingy. Plus 2 cups green tea. Total cal-210 Snack- 1 granola bar, 1 carrot, 1 cup green tea. 200 cal Lunch- tomato and cream cheese on whole wheat bread. 230 calories. Snack- frozen grapes (about fifteen.) 1 granola bar. about 210 calories. dinner- salad and fruit. about 250 cal (if no dressing.) also, i walk 3.5 miles a day, do 100 crunches, & usually swim at least 10 laps. sometimes i do pilates. hope i helped...
