Ht. 5'0", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - hi...i um need any kind of help... as of today i am cutting everything in half and only eating 6 meals a day.... i am going to do 300 crunches a day,and 20 pushups, if i kept this up for about a much do you think i could lose? and what is a good fat burning excersize? any help please??

you shouldn't eat 6 meals a day, you need to fix your eating, not just your activeness
Reply from halee, Age 12 - 04/06/09  - IP#: name is halee and im 12 and im 5 foot 2 and i am 157lbs and i see why your on here. i have a school dance coming up in bout 2 weeks and i wanna be down to about 143lbs. so i could fit in my dress a little better! lol what your trying to do by the 300 crunch thing thats very good i think ull reach your goal! i would like you to try to help me also
