Ht. 5'0", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - hi...i um need any kind of help... as of today i am cutting everything in half and only eating 6 meals a day.... i am going to do 300 crunches a day,and 20 pushups, if i kept this up for about a month...how much do you think i could lose? and what is a good fat burning excersize? any help please??
