hey everyone uhm yea my weight is 245 and my height is 5'5'' uhm yea i am trying to change my life style and so please just give me ideas im starting to sit ups each night and walk for like 30 minutes but i cnat walk that much cause i have bad knees so i need helpo thinking of ways to lose weight that is not strenuous on my knees thanks for anyadvice getting feedback really makes me and it lets me know that people care so thank you soo much happy holidays!

You could try to walk for shorter amounts and take a break and then do it again...then ur knees can have a break

keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start.

Well this might be help. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and anything else eat half of it. Be sure to walk as much as you can but dont walk if your legs really hurt. But take breaks so you can walk longer distances.
