hi every one im 5 feet 7 in and and 220 pounds i want to be 130 pounds or lower at a sleep over a while ago we were watching this scary movie and this guy got attact by a racoon and my friend said if you want to scare a racoon away hold up your hand and make your self bigger then my other friend said shannon doesnt need to do that shes already fat!!!! and the rest of the night i kept looking at my self in the bathroom felling really bad i wanted to lose weight so bad that whole night and ever since then. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME WEIGHT LOSS IDEAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU

First of all, do you want to lose weight because you are being teased or because YOU want to lose weight?
you cant just let other people ruin your life just because you're different from them.
Okay say you lose weight, you're a thin, pretty, intelligent girl and everyone loves you.
There will still be those people who will call you names.
"oh now she's such a flirt!" or "She's changed ever since she's lost weight or even " She has such skew legs!"
Oh, the comments above arent meant to insult you they are just examples/
Straight to the point - wherever you are people will comment and critisize your physical appearance.
And if you really want to lose weight, check my advice in the post below.
Exercise, eat right and one vital step i didnt mention KEEP A DIARY and of course, neva giv up!!!

some ways you can lose weight is by not eating every time you are board our when you walk by the frige. Also try to only eat three times a day. For example only have your basic food groups. But that's not the only time you can eat just try not to have a lot of junk food. Go on a walk or ride your bike. Trust me i was 11 and i weghted 145 pounds. That's what i did and now i am at 100 pounds.

hey, you can lose the weight, just make sure you excercise at least 3 times a week and balence your diet.. just dont ever stop eating! thats so much worse than being overweight, you dont want to become anorexic or belimic... i know someone that is and its not good cause it can cause to other diseases like acid reflex. just excercise and eat balenced and drink ALOT of water!
