hey here is some tips (thats if u need them) 1. drink loads of water mainley before you eat a meal so that way you dont eat so much2.do not eat rubbish for eg.do not eat 2 packets of crisps eat just 1 a day and a fruit or a fruit yogurt3.just eat your three meals brakefast dinner and tea 4.if need to snack just have a yogurt or a pice if fruit.thankyou for reading this little helpfull notice xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Why do you guys have to be so rude she was just trying to help and if you did not need it why did you feel you needed to reply and a smart comment... it's not like she's saying eat it now or i'll do something ... it's just some helpful everyday weight loss tips...you should be more appreciative of peoples thoughts... ~NaY~
