hi u guys o ya i live in clearwater florida ok but i really need help with meals like idk what to eat so if u guys could plz plz plz help me out like tell me what i can eat that is healthy today all i did was play tennis for 30 minutes and do a workout for 20 i dont think that is enough but i will try to do more tomorrow my goal for tomorrow of exercizing is 30 minutes tennis 30 minutes trampoline 20 minutes just exercizing is that enough or more o ya and about 20 min walking with my dog thx bye

if ur stuck on what foods 2 eat follow this i lost 14lbs in 10 weeks
Breakfast: a low fat yoghurt and a piece of fruit and a glass of water
Lunch: a roll with chicken/ham and salad with 2 pieces of fruit and a biscuit as a treat
Dinner: eat ur usual meal but cut the portion in half and top with lots of vegetables insted
Snacks: eat fruit and drink lots of water when ur hungary GOOD LUCKXXXX

all you really need to do for exercising 30 mins or do miles of walking
