Ht. 5'0", Start: 115 lb, Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - It has been really getting out of hand.I had started out at 115 lbs.Then i found this site.I tried to lose weight by exercising and cutting back on the amount of food i ate.Then after a few days, I stopped exercising and my portions at all my meals became bigger than before.Then i started gaining weight.I did not know this because i had not checked the scale. Then one day i decided to check it. I was shocked at how much weight i gained.Could anyone give me some advice.I really need some help.

ok this is what you need to do get a jar with all your little sweeties and snakes and say if you went for a bike ride when you get home you can have one little sweet from that jar or if you do some thing else like have some fruit you can have one little lolly but only one so try doing this and i guarantee you can loose some weight keepgoing xx issey
