Ht. 5'4.3", Start: 202.6 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Just got a 40 minute Zumba workout! I've been at 185 for four weeks now! The number on the scale just won't budge, what do I do? I've been set way back on my schedule for when I want to be 145, and I just don't know what to do. Please help.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! That means you lost almost 18 pounds. Make sure you watch your diet. DO NOT drink any soda because it makes you gain way faster. Instead drink plain old water. Also, stop eating fast food because it can cause major consenquences. Hoped I helped!!
