Ht. 5'4.3", Start: 202.6 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Just got a 40 minute Zumba workout! I've been at 185 for four weeks now! The number on the scale just won't budge, what do I do? I've been set way back on my schedule for when I want to be 145, and I just don't know what to do. Please help.
