Ht. 5'3", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ugh. So frustrated with all the weight I've gained. I want my old size back. I WAS A 1 OR 2 IN PANTS AND A SMALL IN TOPS. Can anyone tell me if this is an okay meal plan and how long it will take to lose 40 pounds on it?
Breakfast- Diet Smoothie {peach}
Lunch- Speacial K bar and water.
Dinner- Soup or Salad
Exercise- One hour of swimming , One hour of walking, 50 crunches and a yoga video for 30mins.

yikes, a little low on food there? you cant just lower your calorie intake tremendously and then exercise so much, your body will go into shock. i mean, an activity increase is good but ahh,you need to stop being so concerned with calories and read everything else. your body needs calories. just eat a little more, maybe smaller meals every 2-3hours, drink lots(i mean LOTS) of water,try drinking 1 cup of green tea a day, that boosts your metabolism,in your meals, try to get some protein,carbs,and fats in each meal,try to eat organic food when possible(organic cottage cheese is amazing and so good for you),oatmeal maybe would be a good breakfast or total whole grain(i usually eat those things),dont skip the protein either,i could go on but really,dont deprive your body of what it needs,itll come back and bite u in the butt sooner or later .

no u need to eat more for lunch come on a special k bar is 90 calories u need to eat at least 1200 calories a day now u r starving ur self your body will filter feed and eat away at ur muscle making u gain more weight srry there is no is way out of trying to loose weight
