Ht. 5'3", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ugh. So frustrated with all the weight I've gained. I want my old size back. I WAS A 1 OR 2 IN PANTS AND A SMALL IN TOPS. Can anyone tell me if this is an okay meal plan and how long it will take to lose 40 pounds on it? Breakfast- Diet Smoothie {peach} Lunch- Speacial K bar and water. Dinner- Soup or Salad Exercise- One hour of swimming , One hour of walking, 50 crunches and a yoga video for 30mins. I want my old body =[
