Ht. 5'2", Start: 131 lb, Today: 129 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 100 lb - well, my friends and i are going on a major shopping spree in 2 weeks, and i feel horrible about my weight! my friends and parents say im healthy but i have to get plus sizes in kids, and its embarrassing to shop in the adult section! plus i have a crush on this guy and i dont think he'll like me because i look really fat! PLEASE give me tips on how to eat healthier! im really self concious about my weight!

I suggest you look up things about proportions. Don't cut out all the foods you love, because it will just make you crave them more! Trust me. But you can substitute foods for things that are healthier by just searching. There are other options! But proportions make you think twice and its just a good thing to be aware of. And on your shopping trip, If they are true friends, they won't care where you shop! And also, you can just try shopping for accessories like scarfs, jewellery, hair clips and things like that, because you can dress up an old outfit by what you where with it. Don't worry, Just go with the flow! ;)
