Ht. 5'3", Start: 137 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 100 lb - this is what i usually eat (minus the bnges):
Breakfast- Fruit and hot chocolate
Snack-bidcuit/more fruit
Lunch- sandwhich and bag of crisps
Snack- chocolate
Dinner- Main meal(curry/pizza/past- all homemade)
Can anyone see how i can change the way i eat to avoid binging as i have ripped 6 shirts and gained 5 pounds.

For breakfast, change to water and something with protein. This will fill you up so you don't binge later. Eat a fruit for snack. With your sandwich at lunch, eat a veggie instead of chips. Your snack can be fruit. You can avoid binging by eating more filling meals!

Instead of hot chocolate, try water or milk. Try only having one snack a day. Try to find a food to snack on that makes you full after one bite so that you can lose the weight. When eating pizza, try eating without pepperoni or any other toppings. If any questions, just ask.

dont worry .exercise after breakfast, lunch, and dinner and ull burn of every thing u ate.
