Ht. 5'3", Start: 137 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 100 lb - this is what i usually eat (minus the bnges):
Breakfast- Fruit and hot chocolate
Lunch- sandwhich and bag of crisps
Dinner- Main meal(curry/pizza/past- all homemade)
Can anyone see how i can change the way i eat to avoid binging as i have ripped 6 shirts and gained 5 pounds.
