hey i was doing this weight chart thing it said that i was overweight and i want my weight to bge 120 so i will need to lose 25 pounds but i am obviously 155 pounds and 5'4 and it said it would take like 15 weeks but i need to meet my goal before that does any one have any tips,diets,or excersises?!?!?!?!?!thanx!!!bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rachel, hi. um.......i think that you should go to the doctors so that they can plan a diet that will fit you . when i was 11, 12,and when i first turned 13 i weighted 163 and i was what 5'3 and that was upseting for me. till one day i decide to cut back on sweets ( i only had sweets once a month and went to the gym and the days that i couldn't go i did sit-ups).also it it's gonna take at least 5-7 months or at least it did with me . it coud happen sooner then you think keep trying you get there , u have to believe in yourself before you will see some changes

grl, u have 2 eat less then the portions tell u 2!!
do not eat junk food except 1 or 2 times a month!!!
exercise every day!! do crunches, situps, pushups and walk run or jog every day!!! this is wat i do and im not overweight(i think i am)im 11, 5 2, and 115lbs!! i do this and ive been feeling alot less grouchy and more energized!!!!!!!

it would not take 15 weeks to lose 25ibs not if u believe in ur self that u can lose weight and if u eat wright and exercise.i looke up some web sites 4 u so that u can lose weight here they r:amazingdietpatch.com also zonediet.com campshane.com BillyBlanks.com and MegaFitness.com
u probely thank i did this because i feel sorry 4 u bet i dont i went and did this because i care.I love helping people out when in need.U also need to eat helthy like do not eat alot of junk,suger,chips and unhelthy stuff like that.But u can eat some just not that much.U can steal eat meat and stuff like that because that is good 4 u.If u have a gym near bye u should go to that a few times a week.Hey u can take ur friend r family 2 incorage in the gym.Do whatever u can 2 make ur self happy just do ur best i know u can do it.U GOO GIRL U GO!!!!GIRL!!!!U GO GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!U R WHAT U BELEIVE UR!!!
