Hi Im 192,but I dont look that big,and I hide it.I dont get teased 4 being fat,but I have gotten asked if I was pregnant,from the shape of my stomach when my shirt is tight.Im really depressed,and I cant help,but eat.Even when I dont eat that much,and I walk alot I gain.I cant lose weight,and I dont know what to do.If theres anyone who can help me,or someone who just wants to chat,and become friends my e-mail is twinkletoes@directvinternet.com Im from ohio.I got a pretty face,just not the best looking stomach.I used to be a normal weight intill I got put on thse depression pills that made me real big in like 2 weeks,and now Im off it,and I cant lose the weight I just gain.

Oh my....GOD. please people. lose the fatness for YOURSELF. not so some hottie bo-body will dig you. If there is some guy/chic you wanna date, but they wont date you cuz you be chubbed out, they dont like YOU. as in ALL of you...they are obviously focusing on the OUTER YOU..and chances are- if "the person" doesnt like you now- they wont after you lose weight either. anybody who wants a good FAST diet plan for ppl within the range of- 5'2-5'7 and 155-125 lbs hit me back- i gt one that worked for me- lotta move peace

a great way to get started is to start a wieght loss plan, this website has a free weight chart that will track your weight and progress and reward u for improvements towards your goal, just started one today, and i think this will majorly help me!

Here's a tip for losing weight: Don't just start eating when you feel hungry. I could be that you're dehydrated. You should drink a glass of water first, then wait 10 minutes or more and see if you're still hungry. If so, then consume healthfully! God Bless You!!!

Can someone please help me. Im 4 ft and weigh 150. My waist is 44. I just ate 3 noble cheesburgers with fires at Birger King. All my brother does is call me fatty boy and just tries to get me fatter. Yesterday he bought me 2 chocolate sundays. I need to lose weight real bad. My parents are thinking of a fat farm for me. Help

if some of you are over weight (or have somthing to do with weight) then i suggest u should read the book "chicken soup for the teenage soul on tough stuff" it is a really good book and talks about stuff like depresion, drugs, eating disorders, desises, and life lessons. it also list ways of how u know that u have depresion or a eating disorder. it is very helpful if you think u are depress or have a eating dis order and other stuff in life.

Make this my B-day present witch is in two days. Hi, everyone. Will anyone be kind enough to help? I need you're help! I weigh 175 and I am 5"3" I am supposed to weigh 110. I am 65 pounds overweight! I need to loose as much as I can before the end of May. I think I eat so much because of depression. Please help. I have tried to loose alot of pounds many times but failed. Will anyone help? I am sick of my weight, I am inside every day. I want to execise that is fun, I do situps and lift weights than after a week its boring. The most I have ever lost is 4 pounds in one week. Then I gained it back again. So first I have my ups then it go's down way down! Since I will be in 7th grade next year, there will be dances and showering in the gym. That would be VERY embarrising. I want to loose as much as I can before the end of May then more during the summer. Now all I need is a dieting plan, any ideas? this is the diet:Day 1:-eat only fruit except bananas.melon n berries r gud because they hav the less calories.eat as many as likeDay 2:- eat only veg. today u r allowed 1 baked potato with a bit of butter.Day 3:- Mix day 1 & 2. no potatos or bananas.if u hav not cheated u hav lost 5-7poundsday 4:- bananas n skimmed milk. up to 8 bananas n as much milk as can drink. u will need the sweetness as u will hav cravings todayday 5:- beef n tomatoes. u may hav 10-20ozs of beef n 1 can of tomatoes or 8 tomatoesday 6 beff n vegetables.u can even hav 2-3steaks today.day 7 brown rice n vegetables.u can lose up to 17 pounds. u also hav to eat this soup but i had the cup n soup stuff.only the powder n water kind though. u can eat as much soup as u like. u can hav water,unsweetened fruit juice n unsweetened n no milk tea for drink. i also had peppermint tea. it is a strict diet but it really does work. my dad tried it n he lost a stone.let me know in a weeks time how ppl got on. rember, my email is shellyhereuk@yahoo.co.uk so email me if u hav ne questions.l8er
