I'm about to enter high school and I weigh 135 pounds. I really can't stand my weight. I don't eat very healthily but recently I've been wanting to lose weight. Does anyone have ANY tips for me? I have no self control and I really want to lose weight by the time I enter high school. My abdomins are looking huge and I get really deppressed when I go shopping with my mom. I'm also really short so I never fit into anything. I'm pretty athletic but I can't stand hanging with all these perfect girls who fit in a size 2, it makes me so sad. Some of you are writing about how your weight loss programs have been going. I smiled because I'm so amazed by you. Proportion wise, I'm not doing good. So please, please, I need some tips on losing weight! Does anyone have a good diet and excersize plan that they could share with me?(I feel guilty because I'm asking for so much. So here's my tip for everyone else: Eat rice puffs for a snack if you're super hungry. They're sort of like water in a food substance and they're only 50 calories for one cup which takes a really long time. Unfourtunatly they taste HORRIBLE! I've gotten used to them, but if you can't try Quakes. Quakes are these rice chips and for 1 serving there's only seventy calories and believe me, they are DELICIOUS! Also, while eating dinner, put your fork down after taking a bite. It takes much longer to eat helping you eat less.)So... any advice?

Hey everyone I know ive been on here already in the past four days, but i really would like to know if it is possible to lose 45 pounds by august? If it is how would i go about doing it i have already lost ten pounds, but nothing about my body changed. I would really like some replies. I am becoming hopeless and i dont want to. I weigh 197 and neeed to get down to about 150 or 155 by the end of the summer. Please reply.

Hey all, I'm just starting another diet. I have struggled with my weight all my life, and have been on several diets, which always ended up in me giving up. I hope that by keeping posts on this site, I will not give up. I am 5ft 6 inches, and weigh 182 pounds. My general goal is 150, but it would be great to go lower, although I am built with big bones - I just want to be thin for my natural frame. Anyway, wish me luck, and I will write back in one week. I weigh 190 and I'm 5'3 1/2" I wanna weigh 100 by the end of the summer, yes 90 pounds. I wanna be skinny for the beginning of 6th grede and I wanna be more attractive. What should I do because that '48 hour diet stuff' I can't get any more. I wanna be able to be a cheerleader and to be athletic. Hi everyone, Its me Brittany again. I just wieghed myself. I weigh 197 lbs, instead of the 207 lbs. I weighed last week. I know many people would think that it is unhealthy to lose that much in one week, but I didnt do anything unhealthy. I lost those 10 pounds in one week! All i did was cut of a little of my food intake and add in a walk to the store a day, but not to buy anything. Thats all! I am so proud of myself your stories have helped me alot. All it takes is to push away that extra food you don't need. I still eat the same food I used to, I just put in a few more servings of fruit and veggies, but instead of eating 4 pieces of pizza I only have one and a piece of fruit or drink a glass of water. It is really hard for me because I have no self-control.I am still losing weight and at the rate I was gaining weight(approx. 2 puonds a day) I needed to lose weight. I still have 50 pounds to go so if any of you have any advise for me I would really appreciate it. I never want to get up to what I weighed again. I looked horrible and felt horrible. I still look big of course, but thats two inches off of me that i had just one week ago. Not all people are going to lose that much though so dont expect to. To tell you the truth I didn't expect to either. I was hoping for at least one to three pounds I never hoped for ten. You just have to want it bad enough for yourself and nobody else to go for your goal. I am asking once more for any advise from anyone about any excersize moves or anything to help with the stomach area or tips an how to lose weight. i appreciate any response i get.
