Hey guys! I'm 5'5" and weigh 170 pounds. According to the weight calculator, I should weigh a lot less. I really need to lose about 40 pounds or more, especially since summer is coming and I'm always invited to lots of pool parties. Has anyone tried Sugar Busters or another low carb diet? Did it work? I bought the Sugar Busters book, and it seems like it will work. I run around 7 miles a week, is that enough?

Hi! I have a huge guestion. Remember people talking about Tae-bo? (i think thats how you spell it!) I was just wandering on how to get the tapes. I went to Target and it wasnt there. I went to Wal-mart and Blockbuster but again no luck!! If you know how to get the tapes for the itermediate please tell me!

y dont we organise a photos page, and we can post success stories with photos, wouldnt that be much better than just reading that janice or whoever lost 14 pounds? i know it would motivate me if you see the proof of weight loss. i dont know how wed do this, maybe we could just suggest it to the owner of the page or whoever runs the show. id really appreciate some feedback so if you think this is a good idea please reply

Hey i think that most people that think they r overweight r really just self concious and they think that the aren't as skinny as their friends and that is right. If u ask most people their weight they lie anyway. So just don't worry about it and then u won't feel overweight. Think Positive.

Happy to hear i dont offend you guys, see cuz i offend most people, mostly myself and a few small albinos... long story, lol jk, anyways so yah i had a thought that it would be cool to have a small weiner dog named charles and everyday id take charles to the park and chase him around until either he or i passed out then id make a shoe for a monkey, and id make it out of seaweed and turtle shell... monkeys dont like shoes. anyways, the point is, i was wondering if you guys know about soy milk and such, my mom makes my little brother drink it and i used to drink it, i hear its really good for you and it gets rid of pimples, but i refuse to drink it cuz its really bloody gross and i dont have many pimples and i'll just run a mile to get rid of any fat normal milk may have, sound good? what do you guys think?

Okay, the weigh-ins have officially started. I am keeping track of all the weights on my computer. Every week, if someone loses weight, I will post and how much. Please be honest. If you don't lose anything, or even gain, I will not put anything like "so and so gained 10 pounds"... Etc. I will just put losses.
