Hey,I'm really desperate about losing weight and starting today I'm not eating anything till April 3rd.Okay I KNOW it's totally unhealthy and blah blah blah and I KNOW the weight isn't gonna stay off.But I was just wondering if I keep this up 'til April 3rd and I do Taebo for an hour and go for like a 10-20 minute walk and drink 8 glasses of water or more,how much could I lose by then? (I know its not gonna stay off for more then like a few days but please no negative comments cos i know its not good for me.) -jenny please respond wit positive stuff!!!

Hey people i know no one really cares but i'm bored i've been bored all day. i'm on spring break this week and have nothing else to do. for those of you who care or have nothing else to do... that incident on my job saturday was cleared up. i'm happy it was cause if it wasn't it would involve legal matters. anyhow... i kind of went overboard with my eating today seeing as how i was bored and i will punish myself for it. i can't eat anything else for the rest of the night i will exercise minnimum of 2 hours and the max of 3 and a half hours for the rest of the week. i must punish myself or i won't learn. so tomorrow and wednesday i absoulty can have no more than 450 calories. i'm thinking of eating a couple of granola bars and lots of fruit and some veggies. other than one or two granola bars no carbs. i feel incredibly guilty and fat and i almost hate myself for it. well i gotta go and grocery shop for more fruits and veggies.

Hey people wassup? I got a real problem. I am 4"9.5 (height) and i weight 111.3lbs. I dont really like my body image. I have a lil tummy. Its sticks out a tny lil bit and really thick thighs. Recently on my thihs ive been gettin streach marks. Ive tried everything in the exercise book to get rid of them and they just keep on comming. Im afarid that by the summa time comes i wont be able to wear a bikini cause the streach marks look like there on there way up to my tummy. Does anyone no what to do t make them go away.
