Its sticks out a tny lil bit and really thick thighs. Recently on my thihs ive been gettin streach marks. Ive tried everything in the exercise book to get rid of them and they just keep on comming. Im afarid that by the summa time comes i wont be able to wear a bikini cause the streach marks look like there on there way up to my tummy. Does anyone no what to do t make them go away. I was to have suppose to have lost five pounds. and to make sure i got on the scale this morning. lo and behold 20 pounds have gone somewhere but i don't where. actually 15 pounds cause when i first started this diet my weight was 190 now it's magically 170. i really didn't get serious about this diet until two weeks ago. how in world can i lose 20 in two weeks? that is totally unhealthy and impossible. it's obvious my scale is broken but worked fine yesterday. so i'm gonna have my brother and mom get on to see when they wake up. know i have been exercisng a lot at least an hour a day every day which is 7 hours a week. + more because some days i exercised more than that.

Take out some paper, and draw little redeemption coupons for junk food. Say maybe, you love pizza. So, you limit yourself to 2 redeemption vouchers a month. And after you finish the free redeemption. From Jenna, Age 18 - 3/23/02 - IP#: 152.163.197.xxx THIS IS TO RACHEL AGE 14. You asked me what did i eat and what kind of exercises i do. Well i eat differently day by day. Everyday i have fruit. The only kind of fruit i have been eating is apple and oranges. but it doesn't matter what kind of fruit you eat i guess. i only eat apples and oranges because we have a whole bag of them. usually i have a granola bar or a cereal bar. ( i have cinnamon toast crucnh cereal bars )i have a vegetarian burger just about everyday but they are different flavored veggie burgers. ( i happen to be a pesco-vegetarian) That's just basically what i have everyday. Sometimes i switch up. i didn't like that diet where you lose 52 pounds in 2 in a half months because you had to have grapefruit or grapefruit juice after every meal and for breakfast and lunch you had to have the same exact thing. besides i losing about the same amount of weight with my diet and with that other diet. the doctor gave that grapefruit diet to my mom.As for the exercises i do well i usually get about half an hour to a whole hour of walking. then i do about an half an hour or 2 and a half hours of aerobics and toning.now i'm not telling you to go by my diet because it may not be the right one for you. you may need more cals i don't want you to fall out or faint. the only reason why i eat so little cals is because i'm comfotable with it and my body is handling it okay. my diet my not be the right one for you. you should look at all options and see which one is best for you. you may even want to talk to your doctor about it.
