Ok you guys. Do u want a plan that will practically garentee that you loose weight?Well follow this easy plan and you can loose weight for good. I started this about a year ago and since then have gone from 170lbs to 147lbs. That's 23lbs.This will not only help you loose weight, but get you into shape. Whenever possible substitute running in place with actual running and always stretch before running. Week 1: Eat 1600 calories a day or less. Run 5 minutes in place and walk 20 minutes everyday. Week 2: Eat 1500 calories a day or less. Run 7 minutes in place and walk 20 minutes or more a day. Week 3: Eat 1400 calories a day or less. Run 10 minutes in place and walk 15 minutes or more a day. Week 4: Eat 1500 calories a day or less. Run 12 minutes in place and walk 15 minutes or more a day. Week 5: Eat 1600 Calories a day or less. Run 15 minutes in place and walk 10 minutes or more a day. Week 6: Congrats!! you've made it very far. This is a challenging week and you may want to repeat week 5 before doing this. Eat 1800 calories a day or less. Run 20 minutes in place and walk 15 minutes or more a day. Anytime when you have finish a week and don't think you can go on to the next just yet, repeat the week you just finished, maybe walking more or such, and you should stay on track. Silly computer, ok. I need lots of help. There's a Christmas Ball coming up on Dec 15. That gives me about 2 weeks. I'm 5'7" and weigh 150. I want to at least get down to 125. That means I need to loose at least 25 lbs. I'd like to know what everybody did to loose all their weight. My thighs are huge, and I feel stupid in bathing suits. My stomach bothers me too. I was wondering, if there's any certain foods you can eat to help you loose weight? I need to loose 25 pounds in 2 weeks. Hi! I was wondering if anybody wanted to join me in this like thing where you try to lose 15-20 lbs. or however many you want by a certain date! We can keep each other motivated and updated on what we eat and how much we lose and stuff! I'm going to do it by myself but I just thought it be a lot more fun this way! Ok, I know that you have to love yourself before you can lose weight, but how do you do it when you haven't liked yourself since like 5th grade. Right now i'm about 260lbs, i really want to lose weight, but i don't see how i can like myself until i do. Therefore being unable to lose weight.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????if you have any suggestions please reply.~Thanks~

listen natalie and allisa, why dont you both give your full diets to everyone and maybe your exercise program. because even with tips sometimes it is really hard to lose weight, and you can let other ppl try them and let them be the judge?

Listen allisa age 12, ur tips suck, they only gain calories, not burn em. Ive lost 60 lbs using my methods, tried urs along time ago, when u were still young, and they don't work

hi, some people asked me to write more tips, so here i am. some of this stuff i already said, but just go with it. TIPS: when u shop for food get nothing but healthy stuff. like some orange juice and fruit and veggeis. my fav thing to get are fig nutens! they r low fat and taste great! don't get any candy or anything. if u have a temtation for them look away! go to some healthy foods. oh and getting skim milk and deit pop helps too. i had skim milk since i could remember and the only thing that is pop in my house is deit pop and i am not over weight, just to say how important those things can help u. when u get all those healhty stuff in your house, all u have to eat is that. u don't have any fatting stuff to eat, just healthy! and don't have too many snacks between meals. try to keep your self busy. if u must eat a snack have a healthy one or chew gum. gum is very important! it helps u ease your cravings, and u don't gain anything. and walk every once in a while, mainly after dinner or somthing. it helps u get back in to shape. losing weight just helps u be thinner. walking helps lose weight too and makes u in better shape. and a friend told me if u mix paprica and honey on a spoon and eat it after eating it helps burn colories. that is all of the advice i can remember. if u like it please reply! if u don't like it reply any way. i make think u r scum if u hate it, but reply. lol, kidding. if u have any more i could add just reply! and if u want to write a masage talking about what ever on here, please try not to write alot for a few days i would like people to see this for a while. no one looks on the 2nd page so please keep it here as long as posible. hey Everyone! I just found a great *healthy* way to help you lose weight. They're pills. but not weight loss pills. these are more like 'vitamins' u can get them over the counter. there is Apple Cider Vinegar and These natural herbs.....but u can substitute that with a spoonful of honey & paprika. & 2 substitute the apple cider vinegar pills....u can have actual apple cider vinegar, not too tasty....but very helpful! they were recommended by the doctor. so theres just a lil idea! later Kathleen kasial03@hotmail.com

hi, im 5'5' and wiegh 145lbs, my goal wieght is 125, i eat healthy and excercise everyday but i can't seem to lose any wieght. Please, please, please, anyone who's dramatically changed their weight could give me some advice on the reply section on what they did to lose wieght, please, it would mean so much to me.

im only 13 and i weigh about 220 pounds and i really hate it,i get laughed at every day! ive tried so many diets and they dont work! im always get depressed that im over weight. all my friends a bf and i dont have one matter of fact no guys like me because the way i look. i want to be in shape and not be the one that is running slower than everyone. i dont want to turn all red because i cant catch my breath. plus i dont know why im not skinny i have a snack and then a dinner. why am i so fat? p;ease if there is anyone out here that might now an excersie or a diet that will actually work please tell me or email me. my only dream is to lose weight. i want to at least lose 80 to 110 pounds. so please help me!
