Can anyone tell me how to do the atkins diet w/out paying for special stuff on websites and stuff? everyone says it works good and i think it would work well for me! ( as long as i can stay away from fresh baked bread and butter slathered baked potatoes :))

...About Small Eating ChangesWater, water, water, water. (Your skin will look great, too!)Order half portions at restaurants, or share a full portion with somebody. Or ask for a to-go container when you order your food, and pack up half the portion before you even start eating. Cut back on butter and mayo. Limit fried foods to once or twice per week. Use less or no sugar in your coffee or tea. Replace ground beef with Boca products or ground turkey. Try at least one new food every week. If you're bored with what you're eating, you're more likely to give up. Eat fresh, raw veggies instead of chips with sandwiches. Measure your portions until you're sure you know what a cup, a half-cup, and a tablespoon look like. This will help you practice portion control, an essential key to weight-loss success. Try not to drink high-calorie beverages. Dip your fork in a side of salad dressing before each bite, instead of pouring it directly on your salad. You'll find that you are satisfied with much less than you usually put on. Find healthy alternatives to all your favorite foods. If you don't really love it, don't eat it. Never eat out of a bag or box. Take out a measured/counted quantity of food and put it in a bowl. This way, you know exactly how much you're having. Always eat something for breakfast. Read food labels. Check serving sizes. Add vegetables to everything. Plan meals in advance; use that information to make out a complete shopping list. Give guests food to take home. Write down everything you eat and drink, without fail.Plan ahead for special occasions by accounting for higher-calorie foods before you eat them.

Hi my name is Mrashall and I am about 30 pounds overweight. If anyone has any advice I could sure use it please help my PLEASE !!!!!!!!! People tease me alot and I need to lose this weight and if anyone knows how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks I could really use that too. I have a fall break coming up and it is for 2 weeks I would like to go back to school and have people look and say "Have you lost weight?" Please please help me.

Hi, people. I'm not overweight but I sure look like I am. My friends don't say that I'm fat or anything but some people call me fatass or fatty or something like that. And I am annoyed by all that. I can't stand it anymore. I want to lose at least 10 pounds. Can somebody help me?

heyy everybody....my names Deseray , Dai Dai for short, and i*m 14....i have dieted before and lost 20 pounds but this summer i ended up gaining ten back....i really need to loose that 10 pounds again and another 5 to reach my goal weight ( i*m 5'4 and 150 i want to be 130-135) any ideas or suggestions on what i should be eating (maybe a meal plan that you follow just to give me an idea) thanx143 XoXo PrOdUcShiOnZ

Hey everyone! im 199 right now! hope to be 135 by March 15th when i'll be 14! the only exercise i get is walking to and from school ( a mile and half downhill, then mile and a half uphill or 3 miles) 5 days a week. any easy things that will help me? im not really flexible and i dont have that much endurance(your probly thinkin that i cant do any exercises) so im not good at exercising, im hoping i can become more flexible and have more endurance if i exercise more! any good fairly easy exercise ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hello everyone! I want to lose weight reall bad before my gymnastics competition in a few months, because i have to wear a leotard only, and i am embarssed for my jiggly thighs and butt and stomach! Those are the places i would like to un-jiggle- my hips, butt, upper thighs and stomach. I want to go on the atkins diet and stuff, but i want something simple. What are some things that could help me with my upper thighs and stomach? PLEAES HELP ASAP!

thanks anne thanks shelly well i got this machine that tells you how much fat is on you i found out i have 166lbs of fat on me that means i have 204lbs of muscle on me but that still a lot of fat soooo "rock on good nite"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
