yeah charles is finally a teen happy birthday charles WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH who is the next birthday. mine is in 1 month and 11 days and i will be 15 so maybe i am the next other wise whos bday is before september 30th that is my bday. well HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHARLES YOU ARE GROWING UP SO FAST.

i'm really loving my diet! and most of all my tapes! slimfast and the tapes are making me feel so much better and i have self control!!!!! i can't wait for weigh-in sat. good luck to all

I am gonna try a liquid diet tommorrow and do it one day every month and only one day a month and see how much i ca loose tommorrow with only drinking liquid and excercise i am swimming tommorrow do u think my liquid diet pop would be ok or no. welll wish me luck and tell me how much u will think i will loose. and also if i could drink pop on my liquid diet.

It seems like people are always saying don't lose weight for other people it has to be for "yourself" and while that is a nice thought it is not true for ANYONE! If you were the only person on the planet would you care how much you weighed? no.

I'm just posting this because i'm proud, and some very simple tips. At the beginning of the summer i weighed in at 177 pounds. I hated myself, i had this huge stomach, and it was just awful. Well over the summer i decided i wanted to try to lose weight, so i just didn't eat as much. It's all about self control. Usually i gain 10 to 20 pounds over summer, that's because when i'm bored i would just eat. Well this summer i just would go do something else if i was bored, and not snack. I just weighed myself today, expecting to see 180 or something, but to my delight i saw 165! I lost 12 pounds this summer! Self control is the key.

I haven't been to this sight in a while. I want to lose at least 50lbs i weigh about 200.i just started my diet yesterday and plan on sticking to it. wish me luck.

hey girls out there- don't go over board(and i know it's hard because i sometimes want to be super thin) because women are supose to have curves and a layer of fat in are stomachs- you do realize that's it's not all just about looks right? many super skinny people who go overboard can't have children for treating their bodies like that for many years- and it IS a fact. so be as thin as your body allows to still live normally- hey- why else are we losing weight? to be comfy, right? all i'm saying is to not starve yourself or over exersize and then not get the nutrition you need. and by overexersizing i'm not talking about an hour hard aerobic workout. you're body will tell you when to stop. but this isn't meant to discourage people- just to encourage them to be healthy and happy...

hey guys..well ok i am 5'2 and i weigh 145. i would like to lose about 45 pounds by next summer. i have dance practice 4 days a week for 2 hours each time. do you think that is enough exciersise for a week or should i do more than that? like a video or crunches or wahtever? also i will eat only 1200 calories a day..so do you think i can lose like 45 pounds in 8 months doing all that?! i would really like to hear your guys' replies:D so..please do reply!! thank you guys and good luck! i would also like to hear your guys' stories and if you have any questions or anything..ask me :) thanks love ya all!
