Hey guyz. I went away for the summR and came back 5 lbs heavier. ugh-bummr. but im on my 2nd day of atkins and everythings goin ok so far. but i have a ?. how many of you all have stretch marks that you HATE? i use self tanning lotion to try to hide 'em. but nothing seems to work!! any suggestions? or should i keep usn makeup?!?!

I feel so depressed my dad tells me that i am getting overweight he's not like a hypocritical man he's lookin out for my best intrest,but i feel like there is nothing i can do,besides starve myself,i lost bout 32 pounds in teh beggining of the year but i gained it all back..

I'm 5'4 and 185 pounds. I hate going to the mall with my friends because they are always wearing tank tops and shorts and i have to wear loose T-shirts and jeans or baggy pants. Even during the summer. It's really embarassing. Since school is starting soon I would really like to loose some weight so I can go back a new person. I have tried to diet but it nevers works for me.
