Hey I lost 8 pounds in 5 weeks when i could of lost ten but i slipped for two weeks and i didnt want to start all over again so i was like ohh well at least i didnt gain it all back. i've finally reached my goal of 150! So I've lost 19lbs! I'm excited, but I still need to lose so much more weight. I'm thinking to have 140 as my next goal, and every 10 lbs from that. Wish me luck.
