Hey every one. OK, I way 256 lbs. and i'm 6ft.2in. I lift weights, but it doesn't seem to make my stomach or tits dissapear any faster than sitting around would. I have been doing more exercise lately, but it doesn't seem to make my gut go away, even though the scale says I lose ten lbs. Last year, I played on my schools football team and went to every single practice and gave it my all, I mean I ran my ass off and lifted till i could feel every muscle in my body. At the beginning of the season I weighed 255 lbs, and by the end, 2 months later, i weighed 225, but it didn't look as though I had lost a single pound, and I drank PLENTY of water too. So if anybody's had this problem and gottten through it, or you know how to deal with it, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

hey i'm 13 and i weigh about 175 i really try to lose weight but the more i exercise the more i eat...my mom is always on my back about eating healthy because she doesn't want me to end up like her(overweight,high blood pressure,diabetes,ect) and my sister weighs 123lbs and had stayed that way ever since the 7th grade until senior year in high school...it's not like i wanna be fat and every online diet program i try to sign up for i have to pay...please give me tips,advice,or just talk to me

Hey guys, this is a neat little message board... I'm 6'2 @ 230lbs and looking to cut down a little bit so my muscles are more defined... im not overweight cuz i weigh 115 and im 5'4 but i got this 4 overweight ppl. i got it off this site. i dont think ppl look @ the stuff that much here cuz they ask bout how 2 lose weight. well it says:Cut in half whatever you usually eat, eat half, and save half for later. You're not giving it up, because you can have it later. If you're at a restaurant, ask the waitress to box up the half you don't eat and take it with you to have the next day. Even cutting just a third or a fourth off will help. The idea is to eat the same things you are used to, just less of them. This is hard for the first week or two, but then it gets easier. Cutting down by little steps each day may be easier. Then it's like a new habit. You don't even miss the extra food. You can then adjust the size of the servings you eat, so that you stay where you want your weight to be. And remember... typical serving sizes are set by people who want to sell food...(Click here to see rest of message).

I am 15 and 227 lbs at 5'4" but I'm not fat fat. I'm only thick. I have lots of muscle from where I used to be athletic. Does anyone know any non-invasive work outs to thin my waistline and thighs that are not too hard. I have asthma and cannot do strenuous workouts. e-mail me please. sweetwarcry@hotmail.com

im 13 years old,5'4, and 170 pounds (i started at 178!)the problem is that i only look like i weigh about 134 so i dont get motivated enough any suggestions? (p.s. i am keeping a food journal and losing weight)

hey this sint a sucess story... I am 5'6 in a half and i weigh about 145 lbs i have been reading the succes stories how do you guys do it I know you guys exersise but isnt it hard to not eat junk food I have to eat it all the time I really want to loose weight i would like to be 115lbs bye October 31 but thats imposible

Im really worried. i was made fun of at my last school for being overweight and am fixing to go to a new school.I don't wanna have this happen here too. If it does I'd probably kill myself. PLEASE!!!! how can i become thin really fast? Does anyone know?
