I have not really been trying i have been doing what I useually do and cutting things and half and drinking A LOT of WATER. I have been doing physical therapy and all my exersizes are light. I can't do anything strenuous. I don't sweat when I'm doin the exersizes though. Am I still burning calories??!!!!

Then I got over thath an like 3 week later I tryed to start one and now I am sick with a sore throat an fever...should I still work out or just wait till it goes away please help me !
