Hi i'm male, 6'0 and 154 lbs., but not alot of muscle. I just want to lose about 5 pounds worth of fat while continuing to workout 5 times a day during afterschool practices to build more muscle. Any tips would be great, I would REALLY appreciate any kind of reply. Thanks!

how do u get rid of inner thigh fat cause my legs are always rubbing together. sometimes i get rashes. and am i overweight i am 5 foot 7 and 155 pounds.

My name is Katie, and I have cankles. You all know what they are, its when your legs look like tree trunks. People called me cankle girl, so after school i started doing legs lifts, bycycle rides and i lost 6 pounds of leg in 2 weeks! I used to weigh 180 now i weigh 174, obviously.

Hello everyone! I need a bit-o-help if you dont mind. How do you TONE muscles? I already have muscle, its just that they are really large, and they make me look even larger than i already am. i am 5'1 140 lbs. Hey, guys, just thought I'd share a quick little story that made me feel so good about myself. Well, i sprained my ankle about a week ago playing basketball in p.e., well yesterday I also had p.e., and at the beginning of the hour we do a 8 minute ab work out, with crunches and different forms of leg raises. Trust me, they hurt. Well, the after that we run anywhere from 8 to 9 minutes. Well, we were on our last one, called double crunches, which is where your shoulder blades don't touch the ground and you bring your knees up so that your doing real small crunches. Well, I've been working on my abs for a while, and thank goodness. He told our class to do the crunches until we couldn't anymore, then start running. I WAS THE LAST ONE ON THE FLOOR DOING CRUNCHES! I probably did them for about 3 minutes. There are some real good athletes in that class too. And you know what, I didn't stop because it hurt, I stopped because I didn't want to get run over by the people who were running! I was so happy. I tried, and everyone was like "go michelle" and they were all cheering for me! It was so great! Really, guys, I'm only a little sore today, but I'm so glad! Thanx for listening u guys! Hi, I am Priscilla. I way 163. That's way to much. I try and try for a little bit to lose weigt then I just can't do it anymore. Somehow I just give in not even knowing it and getting back into my old habbits. I learned a fact to on this website- If a child/teen places an hour or more with some type of exersize/activity they can lose up to 24 pounds a year.

seeing all these anerexic pretty models on the tv or in magazines doesnt help weight loss!! its sooo annoying it makes u wanna eat more!! u see them and think they look soo perfect and u wish you could look like that. its SO unfair!

I lost a load of weight but for a while i've been putting it back on since December i went from 180 to 198 and my waist has gone up another inch, my mates at the pool said that i look bigger and i agree, help!
