By writing down your goal, it makes you more responisible, feel free to leave your goal as a comment on this post, I'd love to hear it. I am 137 pounds and I would like to be 115 pounds by May 1st. Well...since i have been apart from my boyfriend...I have lost 14 lbs. It has only been not even 4 days! I am not sure. I am pretty psyched about it. I excersise tons...and havent eaten anything. I have only drank water and taken my vitamins. I havent gotten sick or anything. I am doing ok...and i have so much energy and i am so happy with myself! I am going to be to my goal weight in no time if i keep losing like this!

Is 10% or 15% too low for a fat percentage of calories to eat in a day? Does low fat really work cause I hear alot about a calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from.
