RATE MY DAYbreakfast-1/2 cup of great grains cereal with a 1/2 cup of that new simply smart milk(only 90 cals per cup but since i had a half a cup it was only 45 cals:) ) snack-1 reduced fat granola bar (110 cals) Lunch- 1 small steak snadwhich(steak,cheese,bread, onions, and green peppers) (i went out with my dad today and he loves steak snadwhiches so he got me a small one, oh and he alos got me 1% chocolate milk lol i luv my dad hehe) um dinner i am going to have a small steak, spinach and maybe a small potatoe and fruit-2-0 hows that sound?

before i got a personal trainer I never ate breakfast or lunch and i would come home being so hungry i ate anything i could find... and now i know that when i didn't eat i slowed my matabolism and so when i did eat it just added to my obiesity. Also when you dont eat your boddy holds tight to the fat and eats the muscle. I would list three times a week and it seemed like i was getting weaker because my body needed nuetriance and i was not providing. Not all diets are healthy and you should be aware of the dangers you could put upon yourself now and in the future...

Hey, everyone! Sorry, it's been ages n ages since I've posted, but I've been SO busy! Anyway, this is to all the girls here: (sorry guys) Last week my dad signed me up at this gym type place a few minuets from my house because I need to get more exersize, and at first I was mad at him for not asking me...But I don't care anymore. The place is called curves, and it's especially for women. They have this circle of epipment that u use in order. You go around the circle three times in a half hour. Every other space is a special platform that u walk/jog in place on. You can even dance on it if u want, cuz they play music. Everyone there is super nice, and its only thirty minuets three times a week. I absolutely despise exersize, and I actually look forward to going. There are Curves all over the US and Canada, so if your looking for a good place to help you on your way to losing weight...I totally sudjest you go here. ~*Hugz*~

diets do work. every single one of you who are sayin "they just dont work!" aren't ready to diet then. you do not have enough will power to stop eating junk food and keep exercising. you may say this is not true but i was overweight my whole life and every summer tried to diet and i never stuck to it and tried to blame it on the diet. the summer b4 high school i went on a diet. i went from 215 lbs. to 134 lbs. im still tryin to get lower though bcuz i have gained a good 10 lbs. so my point is maybe a lot of u are just to young and immature to stay commited. its a really hard thing to do. its definately worth it if u stick 2 it. good luck to everyone and just keep trying. you'll get what you want. maybe not the 1st, 2nd or even 5th time. but sooner or later you'll be where you want.

ALRIGHT ALRIGGHT I ADMIT IT! Im ruining my diets by blowing them off and eating.(yah like those 6 brownies i ruined my diet with last week.)one other thing that is bad is that when i go to school i dont have breakfast because im in a rush and im hardly hungry but when lunch time comes i feel i could die because im soooo hungry. But on the weekends i dont eat breakfast or have a morning exercise because i stay up most of the night and sleep until like 1:00 in the afternoon.if u can tell me wut i can do about this PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ PLZ IM BEGGING YOU PLZ REPLY THIS MESSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No matter what i do im always gaining weight! I diet well I exercise about 9 hours a week and eat properly and keep gaining weight, even if i do gain some kind of fat like say i had a bad day and gained 2 pounds it wont go away! I HATE THIS!!!!!!

THE SCALE- The scale is what a dieter lives by. It's their tool. It's what makes them have a good day, or a bad day. I know that because that's what it does to me. I try not to look at my scale too much, but I always find myself in the bathroom. Weight can fluxuate, day by day, and for most girls, week by week. You have may actually lost weight, but it won't show up if your bloated, gained muscle, or have dranked a ton more water than usual. If you have to weigh yourself everyday, do it in the morning, with little, or nothing on, to get a correct reading. Digital scales are more accurate than needle point scales. I recommend to keep track of weight, weigh yourself only once every week, or even every 2, that way the surprise of a missing couple pounds will be a really good motivator. Remember, don't let your weight judge the way you feel about yourself. Someone will not notice if you've gained 3 1/2 pounds, but they will notice when you have lost to your goal weight and you will walk with more confidence and assurance. Good luck!
