I'm also doing beachbody workout tapes 6 days a week (usually in the morning). ;-) I'm hoping to lose a lot more. I'm 158 1/2 now. So I've dropped down from 167 1/2. I'm feeling great. One piece of advice, JUST TRY.I really want to get down to at least 130. And depending how I look then, maybe to 117. To say I lost 50lbs. ;-) Wish me luck.

I understand why you would think that but it is wrong!!! breakfast is important. dont skip it! you can eat lunch and dinner just smaller portions you should also eat healthy snacks, but depriving your self of any kind of food is unhealthy and wrong!!! i cant count how many times people say "DONT EAT A LOT JUST A TINY BIT" that is giving kids the wrong message that they should not eat throughout the day. please reply and tell me what you think
